HOUSING

Forty 1° North does not offer a housing. Please note that all students will need to secure their own housing ahead of arrival.

There is a competitive rental housing market in Newport for seasonal employees. There are both apartments and houses available for rent throughout the City and neighboring towns. Some landlords may require advance payment for rent.
